Choose the X9 by delivery version

The DarwinFPV X9 is a nine-inch open-frame FPV quadcopter offered in different receiver and analog-video configurations. The useful starting point is the delivery version: an aircraft supplied without a receiver needs a different purchasing list from one with a receiver already installed. Neither description by itself establishes a complete package with goggles, radio and charging equipment.

PNP: receiver not included

DarwinFPV identifies its PNP option as supplied without the radio receiver. This matters if you already own a transmitter: the receiver selection has to suit that radio system. Ask for an explicit item list rather than treating the aircraft photograph as a complete bill of materials.

BNF: identify the receiver

The manufacturer lists BNF options with an installed ELRS receiver. Check the exact receiver version in the offer, because the option selector contains several configurations. BNF does not mean that an arbitrary radio will work, or that goggles and batteries are part of the price.

Visible details that help with spare parts

The side view shows a slim centre section between the upper and lower frame plates. Motor wiring follows the arms, while the camera sits toward the front. These views are useful for recognising the frame arrangement, but an exposed component is not enough to establish its electrical rating or a compatible replacement.

For a recreational FPV setup, compare the analog receiving system in the goggles separately from the radio-control protocol.
