An RTK-capable software interface works with positioning hardware and a suitable correction source; it does not turn an ordinary GPS receiver into RTK equipment. Likewise, the displayed image resolution comes from the selected camera and video path. Describe the required result in practical terms: an operator view, a saved inspection video or a record of aircraft telemetry.
For mapping or infrastructure inspection, ask which planning tools are available in the proposed version and which functions depend on an account, internet access or regional data. That makes the software discussion more useful than a general request for a controller with every feature enabled.
