Ask what the session includes before booking it
This is an information request for a civilian equipment-familiarization session, not a tactical course or a verified Polish training project. It contains no training actions, flight exercises or equipment-selection advice.
A short description such as familiarization can cover very different activities. Ask the provider to explain the intended audience and the questions the session is meant to answer. Keep that explanation separate from any assumption that attendance will qualify someone to operate equipment.
State the reader's purpose
Explain whether the person requesting the session needs an introduction to documentation, an explanation of supplier support arrangements or a discussion of the materials that accompany a named civilian product. Ask which of those subjects the provider actually includes.
If the request concerns a topic outside the published description, identify it as a question. Do not assume that an instructor will add an unadvertised practical activity or that a broad course title establishes its scope.
Who is responsible?
Ask who presents the material, who handles questions and whom participants should contact if the information is unclear. Request the provider's description of the intended audience and any stated prerequisites. A booking contact and an instructor need not have the same role.
What information is supplied?
Ask whether participants receive a reading list, document references or a written summary. Identify which product or document edition those materials concern. Keep a provider's answer attached to the booking enquiry so participants know what to expect.
