Civil feedback-writing reference · Evidence C
Separate the service experience from the equipment observation
This reference offers a way to write feedback about civilian equipment. It does not reproduce a verified Polish testimonial or confirm the performance of the system named in the historic title.
A review can discuss communication and an equipment experience without making them evidence for each other. Keep those subjects distinct so the person reading the feedback understands what the writer actually knows. Praise for a helpful response does not establish a technical result.
Describe the interaction you are reviewing
For service feedback, identify the question or request and explain how the communication addressed it. Focus on the part you experienced: whether the answer was understandable, whether it addressed the question and whether the next contact was clear.
Do not assign motives to the other person or include unnecessary personal information. If a question remained unanswered, say which one instead of describing every aspect of the service with the same broad judgment.

What did you observe?
Keep an equipment comment tied to the item and occasion the writer can identify. Describe the observation without upgrading it into a general claim about all units, all environments or future reliability. Where the context is missing, acknowledge that limit.
What are you asking?
A question about the cause of an observation is not a diagnosis. State the question separately and identify any response already received. Do not present an explanation suggested by someone else as your own measured finding.
