Combat FPV Drones Deployment Case in Iraq

Civil application reference · Evidence C

A factory record and a recipient's confirmation answer different questions

When civil FPV equipment arrives with inspection paperwork, keep the factory's statements separate from your own acknowledgement. Receiving a report does not mean that you performed its checks, repeated its results or confirmed the equipment's present condition.

The original pre-delivery testing theme informs this reference; no Iraqi delivery, inspection result or customer acceptance is verified here.

What the factory record says

Refer to the supplied document by its title, reference and date, where available. Keep any item identifier attached to that reference. Attribute the findings to the report's author instead of rewriting them as your own observations.

A statement made before shipment belongs to that record and occasion. It should not silently become a statement about what the recipient has checked later.

What the recipient can confirm

State what you actually received or read and identify any observation you personally made. If you have only received a document, limit the acknowledgement to document receipt. Do not copy a factory result into a space intended for the recipient's assessment.

Where a form uses one box for both receipt and acceptance, ask the sender to clarify what that box means before completing it.

Give each sentence in the reply a clear job

  1. Identify the record. Name the document you are responding to so the sender does not confuse it with another report or shipment.
  2. State your own confirmation. Say whether you received the paperwork, reviewed a particular page or recorded a specific observation. Do not imply additional checks.
  3. Ask for the missing clarification. Point to the identifier, wording or statement that needs an answer, rather than repeating a broad assurance such as “everything is confirmed.”

Keep this reply alongside the report. The two documents should remain distinguishable: one carries the factory's account; the other records the recipient's response.

A difference needs a question, not a substituted result

If a label or observation does not match the paperwork, describe the difference in a separate note and ask the responsible source to explain it. Do not alter the factory record or declare a new test result to make the documents agree. Photographs of workshop activity cannot resolve that difference by themselves.

This is a way to write an accurate confirmation, not an inspection method or a readiness decision. Any assessment still required belongs with the applicable instructions and qualified personnel; a complete-looking file does not replace it.
