Combat FPV Drones Deployment Case in Libya

Evidence C · Civil FPV reference

Which part of the FPV setup is actually available?

An available aircraft is not the same statement as an available civilian FPV setup. A reader needs to know whether the answer concerns the aircraft, the handheld radio, or the goggles or other viewing equipment. This reference uses the historical Libya page's reliability theme without confirming its claimed customer or delivery.

Begin with the aircraft statement

If a provider says an aircraft is available, keep that answer attached to the aircraft. Do not expand it to include a radio or goggles that the reply never mentioned. Equally, do not declare those items missing: they may be separately supplied or already held by the civilian user.

The useful question is whether the provider is describing an aircraft alone or a specifically identified combination. A photograph of a frame at a bench can illustrate the aircraft side, but it does not settle what viewing or control equipment a particular arrangement includes.

The handheld radio

A radio can be physically present while a question about its service status or applicable documentation remains unanswered. Record the actual answer about that item. Avoid turning a question into a failure diagnosis or treating the availability of another radio as proof that it is an appropriate substitute.

The viewing equipment

Ask separately which goggles or display the availability statement concerns. Viewing equipment is not established by an aircraft-only photograph. Nor does a statement about the aircraft answer a question about whether the specified viewing equipment can be provided.

Availability still differs from reliability

Reliability describes reported behaviour under stated conditions; availability identifies what can be supplied or made available. Neither proves compatibility, serviceability or permission for use. A useful response names the FPV item, states what the provider confirmed and leaves unresolved item questions visible. It is not a packing list, a custody record or an instruction to prepare the aircraft for operation.
