Evidence C · Civil equipment service reference
Do not let a group description hide an individual issue
When several aircraft are discussed together, an update about one can accidentally become a statement about all of them. The practical answer is a short issue list that keeps each observation attached to the item it concerns. This is a civilian service-reference task, not confirmation of the UAE project or the original reliability claims.
Aircraft, component or shared accessory? Identify whether the observation concerns one airframe, a visible board or the viewing equipment used with it. If several aircraft share a pair of goggles, keep a comment about that display separate from a comment about a particular aircraft. This distinction identifies the subject; it does not diagnose a fault.
Make the entry useful to the person answering it
Use an existing equipment identifier and the component's documented name, where known. The first photograph shows a frame with motors and an exposed central board; the second shows several frames at a workbench. Similar appearance does not establish identical parts or revisions. Attach an overall view already available to identify the subject without removing covers or energizing equipment.
Keep a requested response beside the observation: clarify an identifier, explain a document reference, or arrange appropriate assessment. Avoid writing an unconfirmed cause into the subject line. An issue list should help the right person respond, not offer an improvised diagnosis.

Reported for this item
The information names a particular unit. Keep any response and later clarification with that entry.
Reported elsewhere as well
Create another attributed entry for the other identified item. Similar wording is a reason to compare the reports, not proof of a common fault.
No information supplied
Leave the status unknown. Silence about another unit does not demonstrate that it is fault-free, inspected or available for use.

Summarize without losing the exceptions
A group update can state how many entries need a response only when the underlying list actually supports that count. Keep unresolved items visible rather than replacing them with a general reassurance about quality.
If the responsible assessor provides a conclusion, attach that conclusion to the relevant identifiers and its stated scope. Do not copy it across the whole list merely because the equipment was supplied together. The result is a clearer service conversation, not a fleet-wide reliability verdict or permission to return equipment to use.
