When two replies answer the same question differently
Several rounds of discussion can leave a requester holding two answers that appear inconsistent. The next step is not to choose the more convenient one. Put the difference in front of the person responsible for the answer. This reference uses the original discussion theme without verifying a Saudi Arabian order or a completed configuration.
The earlier reply
Keep the equipment object named in the reply: frame, motor, camera or viewing equipment. A sentence about a component should not become an answer about the whole aircraft when removed from its context.
The later reply
Check whether the reply concerns the same assembly and proposed inclusion. A photograph of installed electronics does not show that a quoted bare-frame package includes those electronics.
Make the disagreement small enough to answer
State the exact point that differs. For example, a civil enquiry may use “frame” for a bare structure in one message and for a frame with motors fitted in another. Ask which assembly each reply describes. Likewise, “FPV system included” needs to identify whether the reply concerns the aircraft's video equipment, a separate viewing device or both. These are illustrative wording conflicts, not specifications of the pictured equipment.
Avoid combining the two replies into a third answer. If one message discusses an option and the other concerns the selected package, that distinction may explain the apparent conflict. Let the provider confirm it rather than making an assumption on their behalf.
Close the contradiction, not the evidence trail
When the clarification arrives, identify the passage it replaces or explains. Keep the earlier correspondence available and mark its relationship to the current answer. Where a document needs correction, ask its responsible issuer to revise it; do not edit their statement until it appears to agree.
If the clarification still leaves a safety or compatibility question open, keep that question unresolved for the appropriate specialist. This method organizes communication; it does not determine a hardware configuration or supply an operating instruction.
