DJI Zenmuse H30T combines wide-angle, zoom and thermal cameras in a detachable, three-axis stabilized payload. It is a choice for inspection teams working within a supported DJI Matrice system who need to move from a broad scene to visible detail and heat information. Confirm the aircraft and controller first; H30T is not a generic camera that connects to any UAV.

The wide-angle camera helps the crew understand the area being inspected. Decide which photographs need to show the whole structure and which need a close view.
The separate zoom camera gives the operator a narrower view. Set a useful image requirement for the inspection report instead of comparing only the largest enlargement number.
The thermal channel adds a different kind of evidence. Define whether the job needs live observation, saved thermal photographs or temperature analysis after the flight.
H30 and H30T are separate models. DJI identifies the infrared thermal camera as an H30T feature; the ordinary H30 does not include it. Keep the full model name on the purchase request, service records and quotation so that a shared family description does not obscure this difference.
H30T records thermal images at a native 1280×1024 resolution. Its R-JPEG photographs are the relevant starting point for a post-flight thermal workflow. An MP4 video and a temperature-analysis photograph are different deliverables, so name the files your client expects before choosing the storage and analysis process.

The current supported-aircraft list includes Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK. The M300 combination requires DJI RC Plus. DJI also specifies current aircraft and remote-controller firmware. Tell us the exact aircraft, controller and existing payload setup so the proposed combination can be checked before ordering.

Image resolution is not measurement accuracy. A larger thermal array gives more image samples. Temperature results still depend on the subject, distance, emissivity and environment. Describe the material and working conditions when the output must support a measurement task.
The highest temperature range needs an accessory. The standard high- and low-gain ranges differ. DJI's extended upper range of 1600°C requires its Infrared Density Filter; it should not be presented as the unrestricted range of every operating mode. Request that accessory only when the application calls for it.
Optical, hybrid and digital zoom should remain distinct. DJI lists different enlargement figures across its camera modes. A high digital setting is not an equivalent optical lens. Ask for a representative image that answers the inspection question rather than treating the maximum displayed zoom as a guarantee of readable detail.
H30T is not a complete drone system. A camera-only replacement order differs from a new aircraft package. Confirm the supplied payload, storage, required accessories and analysis software arrangements explicitly; do not infer them from a product photograph.
Send your Matrice model and controller, then describe the inspection subject and required visible or thermal files. Include whether this is a new payload installation or a replacement. We can quote the correct camera identity and review the platform and accessories against your workflow.
