Compare the packed kit with the quoted kit

Ask the supplier for one dated inventory tied to the quoted model and revision. It should distinguish the aircraft from the controller, viewing equipment, batteries, charger, tools and protective packaging, identifying each item as included, optional or not supplied. An accessory visible in a photograph is not automatically part of the order.

1. Before shipment: obtain photographs of the actual packed sample and the matching item list. Ask for package dimensions and weight as documented values for that sample; the archive supplies neither.
2. At receipt: compare the unopened package label and delivered contents with that list. Record missing items, visible damage and part-number differences without treating substitutions as equivalent.
3. For later handover: keep the packing photographs, inventory revision and supplier contact with the equipment. A colleague should be able to identify what belongs in the kit without relying on the old promotional page.
