Make a video folder understandable to its next reader
The original Russia-titled note mentions clear real-time video. This reference addresses the files from a civil video assignment; it does not confirm the customer, flight results or delivery described by that title.
A folder can contain many clips and still leave its recipient uncertain about what arrived. Similar filenames, several copies of a scene and an unexplained gap are enough to interrupt a simple review. A small file index gives the recipient a way into the material without promising that every requested view was captured.
Use one row for each delivered file
Keep the index beside the files it describes. If a filename is changed for readability, keep its earlier name in the same entry so an existing comment can still be followed. Do not use a new filename to imply a recording date or location that has not been established.
File reference
The exact delivered filename, including its extension. A description alone is not enough to find a file.
Plain-language label
A short description supplied by the person preparing the delivery. Mark an uncertain description as provisional.
Version relationship
Say whether the item is an original supplied file, a viewing copy or an edited selection. Link the related filenames when known.
Delivery note
Record an unreadable item, a missing companion file or an unresolved question without inventing its cause.
