The earlier description behind this India-titled page emphasized repeated use and ease of control. This is a practical handover reference for civil FPV equipment, not a verified account of an Indian customer or delivery.
When the same FPV kit changes hands, the next person needs more than a name on a case. Which equipment was returned? Is an accessory missing? Who is following up on a reported problem? A short record can keep those answers with the equipment instead of scattered across messages.
Give the equipment set a consistent reference and attach its agreed contents list. Use the same reference on each handover entry. Include where to find the applicable instructions and who holds the equipment record. Keep this sheet short: its job is to identify the set and its paperwork, not to reproduce every specification.
If the contents change, date the revised list and retain the previous one. The next handover can then use the current list without losing the record of what changed.
Use the following blank fields for a new entry; they are a suggested format, not a completed service history.
Write observations in plain language. A named missing item is more useful than “kit incomplete.” A dated report is more useful than “sometimes unreliable.” Keep a report of a problem separate from an explanation of its cause; a handover entry need not diagnose the equipment.
Signing for receipt records the transfer of custody. It is not technical clearance to use the drone. Where an issue may affect safe use, leave it explicitly unresolved and seek the appropriate qualified assessment before further use, following the applicable instructions.
When a question is answered, add the response date and its document reference beside the original entry. Retain the earlier description rather than replacing it with “done.” The receiving person should finish with three things: the current contents list, the open follow-up items and the relevant instructions. That is a practical starting point for the next handover.
