The photographs arrive on paper. Did the discussion arrive too?
A venue team has received an annotated PDF of stills from an authorized civilian FPV recording. At its editing meeting, people need both the pictures and the requests written about them. A clean-looking printout is not enough if the caption correction has disappeared.
The following two-page review is invented. It contains editorial requests about supplied images, not a real client report or an assessment of a building. No PDF, Acrobat session or print job was used to produce this demonstration.

Adobe's current Acrobat instructions open printing through Menu > Print on Windows or File > Print on macOS. The Comments & Forms selection determines which content is included.

For the imagined meeting, choose the second option because the editorial marks are part of the discussion. The stamps-only alternative does not include other markups; a form-fields-only job is not a printout of the photograph pages.
A comment marker is not the full conversation
To request the document with a comment summary, Adobe directs readers to Summarize Comments and then Yes. Do not assume every pop-up's complete text will instead print next to its small on-page marker. Inspect the resulting preview and output for the notes actually needed.
Rehearse one exchange before distributing copies
Give a colleague the proposed packet and ask, “What change does B request, and which caption does it concern?” In this fictional example, the answer must include both the page-2 caption and its replacement wording. Merely spotting B on a photograph does not convey that instruction.
Then try A. The request concerns choosing among images already supplied; it does not ask the team to invent detail or make a new inspection finding. If the printed material shows only a mark, recover the missing note text before the meeting. If the text is present but its associated image is unclear, resolve that association as well.
Keep the received PDF unchanged while deciding the print job. A paper copy for discussion does not replace the commented source. This article does not address hidden comments, restricted files or printer-specific behavior; unresolved differences between the source and the output need checking in the actual setup.
