Read the connection before declaring the batteries full
At a civilian FPV kit-preparation desk, someone notices a green light on a DJI Avata 2 Two-Way Charging Hub. “Charged” is an incomplete report. This hub can charge batteries, supply an external device or accumulate power between batteries. Its status LED describes more than one activity.
The three examples below assume this exact hub, compatible Avata 2 batteries and use under DJI's safety instructions. They are invented observations, not equipment tests. Read the hub's status LED here, not the separate indicators on individual batteries.
A · Charger powering the hub
Pulsing green → Battery charging
Assume a suitable charger is supplying the hub. The pulse indicates charging activity, not completion. Do not turn “charging now” into “every installed battery is full.”
B · Phone connected to receive power
Solid green → External power supply
In this hypothetical power-bank use, the hub is supplying the phone. Its steady green light is not a measurement of how much charge remains in each installed battery.
C · USB-C unused; accumulation already started
Pulsing green → Power accumulation
Here the previous activity is known: power is being transferred between batteries. An empty USB-C socket alone would not establish that history. If nobody knows what was started, leave that part of the observation uncertain.
A previous green-light observation may be out of date after the connection changes. The user guide says attaching a charger or external device interrupts accumulation. A note made before that connection therefore cannot describe the later state without another observation. This is state interpretation, not an instruction to start accumulation.
