Keep the cue when channels combine
Imagine a completed, permitted FPV venue film with original narration and a scene-change cue. Its recipient requires mono playback: combine both channels, not discard one.
Opposite contributions can cancel. This one-instant model cannot diagnose a soundtrack; reduced stereo width alone is not failure.

Send that passage and sound identity to the mixer for revision. Recheck the revised passage in stereo and summed mono, including speech clarity, cue presence and balance.
